“Miami Made” Studio led by Adib Cúre and Carie Penabad

This collection of research was created in preparation for the design of a housing project in Little Havana. It seeks to understand lessons which can inspire innovative solutions to address Miami’s pressing housing challenges. The zine compiles a “timeline” of housing in Miami through twelve examples. It begins with the wooden cracker Wagner House and ends with the Porsche Tower, where one can park their car in the living room of their pent house. Each housing type is documented photographically, in plan, and through a zero-degree axonometric.
